Coach Furia brings thousands of hours of hands on experience working with athletes and personally passes on much of this knowledge to his staff which must complete 1,500 intern hours before they join the Xceleration staff. All coaches follow his Xceleration method of training and program design. Equipment and facilities are useless unless the delivery of the program is individually effective.
